Professor Beard is a highly engaging and dynamic course instructor. Her thought–provoking discussion questions and walk–through of difficult concepts helped crystallize the course content and make connections between the readings and my personal experiences. I am also incredibly grateful for her helpful feedback on all of our assignments and her availability to discuss questions about the material and assignments!

Dr. Beard is a fantastic professor. They taught in a very approachable way and always made sure to check in on our understanding and to see if we had any questions. They also made something that I never thought I'd find all that interesting (stats) very interesting and engaging!

Loren was awesome. She was great at leading discussions and was incredibly approachable with questions on assignments or just class material in general. She was also quite knowledgeable on the topic and was able to provide a lot of help.
